Going to give the EGR valve and MAF a clean when I service my car..

Any one got the links for a thread showing where it is located/how to remove?

Or if anyone can give me the advice it would be much appreciated.

You won't have an EGR, pretty much only diesels do. For the MAF, look at the pipe between the air filter housing and the turbo, you'll see a fairly large plug in a small section of pipe joined in. Unplug it and disconnect the pipe and pull it out, use contact cleaner and a cloth but if in doubt there will be a number of videos on YouTube.

As mentioned you don't have a EGR, but you also don't have a MAF.

The T-jets use MAP sensors(with include a temperature sensor)
The MAP can be cleaned using special MAP safe cleaner.
First remove the engine cover (two hose clamps and two 10mm screws, then pull straight up)
The MAP is located on the intake manifold close to the timing belt. It's held on bi one torx screw( but to get to that you will first have to remove a bracket held on by one Philips screw.
