we have change the reverse light switch on the gearbox and nothing changed
all happened after changing head unit to a pioneer one with hand brake by pass no error codes in ecu had a scanner on it

any suggestions on fixing will be good thanx

yep still the same problems trying to find relay locations and seee it its one of them not working but there is no info on whats relay does what

did you unplug the battery when you changed the unit? check all your fuses, maybe unplug the battery for a few min and try again.

the joys of modern vehicles :bang: had a google for ya but can't find anything, maybe email these guys http://www.caraudiocentre.co.uk/contact-us.htm

did you do a lot of testing of new head unit with out engine running? low battery power can cause loads of errors to pop up.

:yeahthat:

Disconnect the battery and put it on charge for a few hours.

Likewise you left the canbus network disconnected I assume and didn't just plug it into the back of the new head unit did you?

What scanner are you using, the last two issues should be leaving fault codes.

Your Fuses have burnt out, Just check your user manual to see which ones they are. Hope it helps

hi the battery ok.
is the canbus the different colour block things they haven't been reconnected as the double din in now doesn't have the connections for it
we have a v gate scan no codes are showing up which i think is a bit strange
