Bravo Matthewr1990's T-Jet Bravo Dynamic

Introduction

So after months of looking around, researching, test driving and even a little fight (don't ask). I have finally got myself a Bravo. And what a beauty she is. It's a (57 plate), Dynamic, T-jet 120.

Goodbye Megane. You horrible excuse of a car!

Now can someone point me in the direction of a new brain. Even the climate control confuses the hell out of me LMAO. Gonna need a really good read of the manual.

Anyway. The car has a full service history and only has 57,000 miles, it had got a broken glove box but the garage is sorting this for me. It's coming with 9 months mot, 6 months tax and warranty, it's just had new belt's, water pump, brakes and two front tyres. It's in beautiful shape with no dents although there is paint work damage on the rear bumper. It's not deep, they're just surface scratches and no dent so god knows what they hit or did lmao. But it's not severe and barely visible from a distance, so it will be sorted when and if I'm ready.

QUESTION: being as this is a 57 plate car. Will it be able to connect to my iPhone 5 with a software update and the right connector?

So anyway without further ado here she is. She will have a name in due time

Good looking interior

Considering it's 6 years old, the upholstery is immaculate

Beautiful colour

So what do you think?
Re: My new Bravo :D

Where did you get the air filter from and did you notice any increase in mpg ?
eBay mate. I found what model filter I needed using the K&N site and just Ebay'd the number. Found it for £9 less than the official site. £42 all together.

In regards to MPG I couldn't say as I've done one journey in it since and most of that was with a heavy right foot to try out the nice noises and response. I assume it will be better MPG though.

Good thing about Bravo filters are that they're the cylindrical type and K&N reckon there cylinder filters give the best air flow. Their panel filters are still good but not as good as the cylinder ones.

Re: My new Bravo :D

Yeah I had a look I think my bravo 1.9 requires the panel one I seen it for £38 on eBay. Give us an update another update within a week how it feels and has it improved the car ?

Re: My new Bravo :D

grrrrrrr so bloody angry. Sod's law strikes again. I get something nice and something has to go wrong. Just had the car washed and the Jet wash has literally ripped a massive piece of my laquer off the bonnet! It had laquer damage about the size of a 20p piece I didn't think much of it. Wasn't too bad so didn't bother with it. Jet washed it and boom! Gone

Check it out.

How much am I looking at to get this fixed

Re: My new Bravo :D

I'm guessing you would need to get the whole bonnet resprayed ? If not Why not try vinyl wrap ur bonnet.

Gahhhh! I can almost feel your pain!!! Although surely it's softened by those new alloys though :D

Did you get the bonnet wrapped ?

I did indeed. Not to everyone's taste but I love it! Eyelids were a must and once I saw it with them I knew i made the right choice.

Haters gonna hate but here's my baby

(Click the picture and it turns the right way)

In regards to solving the laquer peel. Well it didn't. You can still see it beneath the wrap as its left a slight recess. But it will do for now. Looks better than it was

EDIT: I have absolutely no idea why it's upside down. It's the right way when I view it in the gallery LMAO

Honestly I can say it looks pretty mean, I think it goes really well mate. Plus with the addition of those alloy wheels it makes the whole look work.

How much did the bonnet + eye lids cost ? and did you get the roof wrapped?

Not yet mate. I'll be going back though I think as I do want it done. And cheers I'm really happy with it.

It cost £80 for the hood and when I decided on the eyelids he asked for an extra £10 for the time. Which was fine by me because he did them brilliantly.

If I was you,

I would get the roof gloss black.

Extra :

Side Mirror Covers Gloss Black
Door Frame.- The Plastic part - Gloss Black

And if you are feeling brave try adding a Red Vinyl Sticker on the side of youre car, It will match with ur calipers.
