Anyone any idea where i can get a good set of rubber mats for the Bella. I have a set of the universal types and think they are crap. would prefer a set of fitted specific to the Bravo. Also where about can you get a set of Mudflaps for the Bravo as i can only find ones for the rear and would like to protect the sides of the car esp coming into the ****ey weather. I have a set of one fits all on the rear but would prefer again Fiat Bravo specific. Oh its a sport by the way and have thought about and decided against the ones on Fleabay from Poland.

I fitted a set of these and they look surprisingly good and are the perfect size:

Set of mud flaps universal: Amazon.co.uk: Car & Motorbike

With some small self drilling screws and some patience they can easily be fitted to the arch liners. I then used some "Stixall" silicone in a squeezy tube (Everbuild Stixall Easi Squeeze Crystal Clear EVBSTIXESQCL: Amazon.co.uk: DIY & Tools) to seal around the edge where the flaps sit on the arch liners and painted the screws black with some hammerite.

I will get some photos tomorrow to show you.

I fitted them after having my side skirts resprayed as they had taken a beating over the last few years.

As for the mats, these work well. Just attach some Velcro strips (small rolls sold in Halfords or on Amazon) to the underside of the drivers mat to hold it in place and trim the excess rubber off. Mine look great.

PS. Fiat do not sell rubber mats or front mud flaps at all. I have raised the front mudflaps issue with Fiat UK and their response was that they are not required in this day and age , or words to that effect. (n)

I would have thought that they are vitally important. More so than rear ones anyway!

Hi cheers pics would be good. Do you also have them on the rear?
I have the similar mats at the moment and really looking for the tailored fit as the ones i have at the moment are the trim to fit mats and don really like them however i dont seem able to find tailored ribber so may have to just bite the bullet and buy a new set.

There are a number of websites you can order tailored mats from and select rubber as the material. Carsmats4u.com comes up on google as well as loads of others.

I will get some photos tomorrow. No only on the front purely to protect from spray from the front wheels.

Of course they don't. It's because they're ugly as **** and Italian is all about aesthetics, remember? :p

Very true and really have to agree but the aesthitics of the car are starting to get lost through flaing paint in all the chip marks around the wheel arches.

You are quite right. I don't know about other models but on the sport fitted with 18" alloys (possibly 17's also) the wheels protrude the bodywork and therefore can throw up road debris.

I've installed the cheap and cheerful ones above and they look fine IMO and serve their purpose. Photos to follow.

Might not be to everyone's liking but they look fine and pretty discrete and serve their purpose well.

This is why Fiat need to make front mudflaps...

They were like this when I got the car. The previous owner (also a Forum member) lived out in the sticks so the car was used down country lanes etc causing excessive paint damage.

I had them resprayed (shown in earlier photos) at the start of this summer and no damage since with the cheap flaps fitted.
