Is their a button inside the car that opens the boot coz i cant find one and i have to use the key fob. Also the only way i can open the boot is with the key fob the fiat sign on the boot doesnt seem to work, unless im doin sumthin wrong which is probable. Many thanks.

Hello Sputnik,

I too have the active 1.4 Tjet 150. In short. No there isn't a button inside the car. That said, there is a wire that goes to the same block connector for the city mode button. I found this by accident when fitting a Bluetooth hands free kit. I was looking for an ignition live, when I earthed out the said wire, pop and the boot opened.
I have also asked on here if anyone has the switch in their cars, but got no replies.
If the fiat emblem on the boot, which is a push button isn't working, they are cheap to replace.

Every little helps.

Phil

Your button itself must be broke then, or the wire has broke somewhere inside the tailgate. The actuator must be ok as it's opening with the key. Strip your tailgate down and take a look. New buttons are readily available from parts world, cheap and good service.

Be good.
