Hi,

I have a 150 sport and at the minute I have Apec breaks and disks all round, and hate them i find they dont have the breaking response I am looking for. I keep looking at different upgraded break kits etc but was wondering would parts of an Abarth be transferable. Like the breaks, turbo different bits and bobs basically.

If not could you advise me on the best kit for price and durability! :)

Thanks :)

BREAKS are what happens when your BRAKES don't work. :bang::bang::bang:

The abarth ones are different it seems, if you looking for somwthing that fits similar if you want brembos or something, the Alfa 159 is what ive been told would be a good fit replacement or the Guiletta but I havent really looked into, just what I have been suggested

Or Abrath, the famous Wesh tuning company...........................;)

I know nothing about Bravos, but generally, if you can find a deisel version of a given car, it'll tend to have better brakes.

You're looking for increased disk diameter (but be careful or you may find yourself needing bigger wheels), vented disks, and bigger pad area. If that doesn't satisfy, you can seek out better pads and disk material.

A visit to a scrappy may pay dividends.

This thread has made my day just a little bit better (y)

Back on topic though, although 159 brakes will work, the stud pattern will be wrong, and possibly the centrebore too. You'd need either adapter shims made, or a weld and redrill of the discs themselves (which is inadvisable).
