I'm a couple of days into the ownership of my 1.9 120bhp Multijet Dynamic Bravo and loving it.

I want to change the head unit though as I have a double din system with 7" screen etc.

The unit I have allows you to hook up any steering wheel controls and "learns" the buttons so letting you program them yourself.

Does anyone know what the wire colors are from the Bravo so I can do this? Also, do you know if there are 2 or 3 wires?

I want to keep the controls active as they are handy but want to know what they are before I remove the standard HU.

What head unit are you getting? Most use a "patch" lead - a box sits in between the ISO connectors and pulls out the required steering wheel signals for your specific stereo.

The Bravo has one block (excluding Blue & Me and the USB port) going into the stereo so splitting the requisite wires off would be horrendous.

I'm fitting a Eonon D2216 which has a standard ISO for wiring but has other wires also. 2 of these are "key" wires and are for wheel controls. They are not part of the ISO block but I could attach them if I know what to attach them to.

Thanks

Hope the PDF helps you. It's in Italian but the pictures are very good. (A picture is better than 100 words)
