Good idea, too bad I didn't notice this was a multiple choice poll, I only voted for the first choice when I should have voted for the last one too.

Hell I'm already going to buy another Fiat for my wife. (punto evo instead of stinky polo or fugly fabia)

what do you mean by trim issues? the leather of the steering wheel and the badges? those got fixed for me with the warranty, it took me about 2 hours at the dealership. Not to mention that getting a new steering wheel for free after 2 years of abuse is a huge advantage instead of a problem :)

its part of the Italian Car stereotype in the UK that pieces of trim randomly fall off :D

Bulbs illuminating the heater panel failed - I don't blame Fiat for that.

Slight bubbling on the steering wheel where I tended to hold it one handed, when I realised it was happening, I changed to a 2-hand light grip - hasnt got any worse since,

Fantastic car, built much better than i thought it would be, very solid feeling. Nice to drive, and the blend of performance and frugality is great (1.9 16v 150 Sport).

Definitely would get a Fiat again... thinking of getting a Siecento Sporting as a project car :)

Only one problem really, no idea of a cause (i suspect DMF though Fiat think differently). Judder in 6th gear, below 1500 rpm, under acceleration. Gets worse on hills too. Been that way for about 6 months now (since first had the car), doesn't seem to be getting worse (or better!) but not too worried. Got a warranty until July 2012 to get it sorted :)

Still... Brilliant car :)

Glovebox hinge broke - dealer fixed.
Cruse control - several trips to the dealer, new clutch switch and connector. OK now (touch wood).
Knocking noise - only occasionally, noticed going over speed bumps from the right. Not been to a garage yet but will raise it when in for a service or before if it gets worse.

Only had the car 3 months so not really had a fair time yet. So far it's proving about as reliable as my 2 Grande Puntos.

3 years now ..43000Km no regret , no serious problems what so ever ..what i hate?? i hate that noisy suspension with all the "knocking" specially when its quiet and the radio is off ..still .. i love the same suspension that give me smile on twisty mountain road

bravo is really one beautiful car that you wonder why the hell i love it so much ..with all its faults ... probably because it never gets old ..3 years and my car still turn heads every where i go like a hot chick in a red tight dress.

Brake light switch needs reset every now and again when my girl lifts the brake pedal with her foot by accident,
But SERIOUSLY SERIOUSLY under braked! I can get the brakes fading no problem in minuets with a bit of enthusiastic driving,
that and the fact it cost £21'500 and the value now after 12months is £10'000, i've never lost so much money on a car (as such) ever!
I wouldn't of bought one if i didn't get staff discount.
But cant fault the car it does everything we ask of it :D

Got the car last November (2010), within a month had to send it in for the freezng gearbox cables issue :-(

Apart from that had a wobble with the climate that righted itself and had a drop link replaced.

Will I keep her for a decent while yet - YOU BET ! (y)

The knocking noise could be the front top mounts not line'd up correctly and some top mount washer, they are a pain to setup, they are like two set's of offset and different angled rubber bushes, it takes a lot of time and practical thinking to figure out how they are meant to sit on the body/spring, mine knocked until the day i lowered it, i set the mounts to the angle by lining up a hole at the top and judgement/trial and error with the spring, but after that no knock and much smoother steering.
This was after i gave up with fiat "checking it" and saying they couldn't find anything.
i wish i had taken pictures and done a wright up, but forgot :(

Odd knock form the suspension and the odd non firing issue/ lumpy running but other than that nothing really to speak off that isn't down to myself or something I've done to the car :)

Solid, but the usual niggles such as knocking suspension (it's recurring more than I thought in the comments, actually ) Given up caring about the noises though, as one disappears another one appears. Car has only let me down once, because I drove like a clot and popped the clip holding the clutch hose in place .

Would definitely buy another tho, even with the niggles :)

Ok, think I made a mistake. I answered to this poll thinking it was about original Bravo, not the Nuova.

So, I guess my 'Ok reliability' answer should be deleted from final results.

My bad, sorry!

I've been pretty amazed with the Bravo so far. It's a 58 plate and we bought it used at around 10 months old and 10k on the clock. It's now past the 40k mark and my wife uses it monday to friday for work. Literally the only thing that has happened is the front washer jets stopped working but that was during a hellish winter where -20 wasn't uncommon. If I had known better at the time I could have fixed it myself.

There's a few rattles now again from the trim but nothing that's distracting. Amazing value as well. Paid £10,200 for the 150 diesel Dynamic with Rear tinted windows and rear parking sensors. Massive thumbs up.
