Hi

Two weeks ago I had service done on my Bravo 1.9 120t multijet and yesterday i've noticed that interior smelled of diesel. Today there was quite a bit of spillage on the ground so when glanced under the hood to my surprise fuel filter and area around it was all covered in diesel. No idea where the leak is but filter was replaced when serviced. Do you think it's safe to drive that car, because i need to get to work in the morning or should i leave it till the garage takes some bollocking and fixes it .

It's safe...

as long as you have a fire extinguisher on board :)

lol...make the poor guy feel better!

Theres a plastic large screw at bottom of filter, just make sure thats tight and pipes are secure if ok (depending on version) it's probably the seal. As for driving...how far???

There and back around 10 miles ... as for the filter the whole top of it is flooded.
