I thought as lots of peeps are starting to get 1 st services done it might be a good Idea to have a service cost sticky that we can all add too.

Either ring round and ask them their prices for various services or put down your recent service cost below - also have a word with them and mention your a member of the FF and would they offer any discount to members.

Hopefully this will save all our members a few pounds (y) what do you recon Hellcat , up to you really mate - you being the big bro and all that

OK, who's gonna be first up

This is just for you guys that think 250£ is too much.

I have just had my first service done in Denmark, the price was....wait for it....600£.

The prices, in Denmark, range from 460£ - 600£ depending on where in the country you live, Copenhagen being the most expensive of course(3 dealers all between 500-600£)!

Wilsons Fiat in Epsom, Surrey...£231 for an oil change, err sorry I mean 1st 'service'.

Got it booked in for a few weeks time.

£333 at Glyn Hopkins in St Albans. Complained and got it down to £280. Complained again and went down to £250. Will report back after it's done at the end of the month.

Other prices I've seen mentioned in this forum are:
£210 for a multiJet service
£184 for 1.4 (version?)
£240, Grays of Warwick
£260, Thames Valley Slough
£225, Research Garage

MJet 150 (no DPF), 1st service, £145 at Vospers in Plymouth - £175 at Kerrs in Paignton - perhaps unsurprisingly, I went with Vospers!

had my first service today at all itila in wrexham, not a fiat garage but local dealers can just not keep to there word! total cost was 147 quid, im happy, my car is happy

Cant beleive the variation in prices from dealer to dealer. Some appear to be just taking the ****.

Just Phoned for our 150 Mjet Sport 2008

Wentane of Stockton on Tees - 1st Service 18K miles = £165 all in
Tim Swales of Northalerton - 1st Service 18K miles = £135 all in

@Juliet Bravo, are those authorised Fiat dealers? If they are I could drive 200 miles up there to have a service and still have saved a small packet!

I know about health tourists but we should encourage car service tourists!

hi gary, yes they are both Fiat dealers but as hellcat said the oil change is dictated by the DPF (if it says you need an oil change you'll get one )and I would presume its extra, I ve written to both trying for a bit of discount for forum members but no replies so far.

Still cheap though, I thought, if it saves you money do it , sod the rip off dealers , go to the cheaper ones and the rest may figure it out and drop the prices, ring your local nissan and tell them you can get it done for this at wentane etc and challange them to beat it - cash is king

This reminds me mine needs to go in next week

I just paid £103 for my service from my local garage. They used Fiat parts and Selenia oil to ensure the warranty is maintained. I wouldn't want to pay much more than this service which is little more than an oil change and visual check over of the car.
