General cruise control by Bravo Sport

You are welcome.;)
I've already installed cruise control to a lot of bravo. As I see, all 120 T-Jet (Dynamic) bravo were prewired.
150 T-Jet, 1.6 Mjet, 1.9 Mjet's aren't prewired. With 2.0Mjet I've no experience. After wiring installation all work properly.
Dear stilos,

I have a 1,6 jtd multijet and already red a lot about the installation of the cruise control stick. However I am not sure how to connect the 4 cables from the Fiat connector (obviously numbers 77 38 78 56) to the Alfa 147 stick. Do you have any tips on that?

Thanks a lot for the advise!

I've got this PDF I think it can help.

Hi mates,

Cruise control installation is possible to bravo. Dealers sad here also, that it won't work, but it is working in all bravo. I've already done a few.
There are two option:
1. The bravo is prewired. The white connector is hidden under the steering wheel top cover.
2. The bravo isn"t prewired. In this case U have to route 4 wires to ECU and 1 wire to fuse box.

The connector, which is mentioned in the stilo topic, exists only 1.4 16V 90HP.

The dealers sell only the whole stalk assembly. It is expensive. From carbreakers it is must cheaper to buy the CC stalk separetaly. It is fitted on the std stalk by two screws.

I've done pictures and "manual", but unfortunately, I haven't had time yet to translate.

Read this:
http://www.davole.com/files/CC_on_Bravo_198_T-Jet_Sport(110kw)_DaVoLe.com.pdf

If anybody request, I have pictures.

Hey Stilos,

Do you have any idea in which sequence the pin-cables (85, 61, 86, 84 and 12v) go into the H007 connector?

If I follow the diagram from the pdf file (http://www.davole.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/fiat-bravo-198-tjet-cruise-control-aftermarket.pdf) Nr 3 should be empty, whereas on the cable I have - Nr 4 is empty. I know that regarding your benzine car, my M-Jet has another pin numbers (77, 38, 78, 56), but still does not help me figure out the correct order in the connector...

Thank you mate and happy holidays!

Hi, guys! Can you please help me? Did anyone manage to find pin numbers for ECU for cruise control on 2.0 mjet?

We've had our bravo around 4 years now and I just never got around to checking if the car had the connector for the cruise control there.

I dropped the lower plastic cover and there it was, brought a 2nd hand alfa 147 cruise control stalk off eBay for £15.

Fitted it in 15-20 minutes, don't know why I hadnt of done this much sooner.

The light comes on the dash when it's in use as if it was fitted standard, all in all very worth while ?

Hello there ! I own a Fiat Bravo 1.9 MultiJet 2007,150 Bhp and yesterday i just discovered the white plug in order to install the Cc stick. So, it's there.;)

Hello to all of you Bravoyers :)

I read about all your messages in this post. I'm in France, I've always wished to have the Bravo 2, but it was too expensive for me 10 years ago.
Now I can finally buy one, a "2nd hand".
Many year ago I had the Brava.

I found a Bravo 2, not bought yet : 1.4L 90ch Gasoline (I think in English you say BHP for "Ch" : horses) from 2007/2008, but it hasn't the cruise control neither climatisation.
I think the engine code of the car is : 192B2000

My question : I read many of you saying it seems that the 1.4L 90ch is prewired for the cruise control ? Am I right ? Or are you talking about a special version of the Bravo 2 or a version after a certain year ?

It would be great if the 1.4L 90ch from 2007/2008 is prewired for Cruise control, as I would only have to plug the "comodo".
One other detail interessing for this precise motor : the oil filter is very easy to change, compared to other motors. And as I do it by myself...

Thanks in advance from France for your help :)
