Hello my friend!i just yesterday fitted a B.O.V. and with very good results! It's from Bailey motorsport and if i'm right it's the DV26 model. The sound is fantastic and i realised a little better response from the engine every time i step into the gas! There are no 'Check engine' problems or any other ones by now and the same thing told me some other owners from ahens!

Im sure that its not a good idea to put an aftermerket dump valve on.... The T-Jets dont react well to them and you will blow the turbo (in time) obviously the warranty is then invalid too.

(As far as i knw anyway)

Why The turbo should blow just from a blow off valve?Since the ecu 'reads' the appropriate ammoud of air coming inside the engine it gives the analog fuel to burn!If else check engine turns and the only thing could happen is to reduce power and engine response, nothing else.

Re: T-jet 150 blow off

An important factor, I think, is the fact you have an LPG conversion. LPG systems, similar to ECU, can be remapped for performance. My Stilo initially was mapped for economy but it was rubbish and after returning it to the installer he remapped it for performance, put bigger jets in and dynod it at 194BHP, this smoothed out the problems I was having with it, didn't alter the MPG and caught me out once or twice

Re: T-jet 150 blow off

The origional bov is selfopen protected at 2100 mBar. Values over can be dangerous, especialy on LPG.

Long term, like i said. Say over a year or 2, because....

Need an expert to comment on it though

Re: T-jet 150 blow off

Thank's for your answers.
I guess the b.o.v. will have to wait, because of the lpg and the warranty.
Prior to that maybe some new bigger aloys and an aftermarket custom fit rear muffler ( only ragazzon has one so far, that i now of )

My t-jet on lpg is going great..The loss of power is hardly noticable.
