Thanks: 6 Trader Rating: (0) Drives: | How long will it be in for? Just booked the bravo in to get the gearbox looked at (Crunchy), the clutch looked at (feels like something knocking it occasionaly) and the turbo sorted (water pipe into it leaking pink stuff all over engine bay). Its going in on Friday, so when do you reckon I'll get it back?

| ...who knows, I took mine in for same problems at my local Fiat dealer, they had it 2 days, told me there was a problem with gearbox & clutch, needed me to go out with "the driver" when I collected car, but he had gone home ill....still they adjusted the headlamps(badly, but good views of bedrooms & low flying aircraft now) & ordered a sunvisor clip..not bad for 2 days work. ...still waiting for over a week now for call to take it in......

But I've got a courtesy car organised...Just hope its not like the GP they gave me while I waited on the bravo being delivered!! I'll ask on Friday how long it will be when i take it in, was just wondering if anyone knew since I know a few people have had problems with the gearbox/clutch

And then had the cheek to tell me they couldnt hear any noise from the gearbox! Its fecking evident as soon as you change gear that the gearbox is crunchy! I can see me being without my car for a while if they keep this up cause i wont be accepting it on Tuesday if its still doing it!

Decided to call the garage today to enquire on if they had found a problem with the gearbox...to be told that the girl on the service desk hadnt heard anything about it! However she did say that all the parts had came in for the turbo water pipe, except the pipe itself but its expected on thursday! I can see this turning into the same fiasco when I had my Mk1 Punto and I had to go without it for a month while I wanted for a pipe to be delivered from Italy, and then Poland! Not a happy bunny at the moment since I'm stuck with a 1.2 Panda!
