Dynamic or Sport??

In the 1.9 TD 150 - not sure which to get out of the 2? What a decision to make!

Re: Dynamic or Sport??

Have driven both. Dynamic seemed a little more comfy, but the sport looks more sexy. Which one??! All being well, I'll be ordering next week.

Also if you go for a t-jet you can have a bit of fun with the Sports button, compared to the city button on the Multijet, but then again its all down to individual prefrence.

Re: Dynamic or Sport??

I had the same difficulty chosing... The dynamic is slightly cheaper and comes with the dual zone climate and rear electric windows, which you don't get on the sport (unless you pay as I did), but I just found the whole dynamic interior a real let down with its flat front seats and 'technotweed' fabric - just didn't look right compared to the stunning exterior, and lets face it most of us spend more time looking at the inside than the out!

In terms of driving I don't think there's much between them, slightly harder ride from the sport, but it's not uncomfortable (no aches or pains after the wekk I've just had - 3,000 touring the alps and italian lakes). If your're worried about the hard ride, just don't specify the 18" wheels! As for Fenton JD 's comments, well, I couldn't agree more!

Re: Dynamic or Sport??

I'm still pondering on the same decision as you are!!... I thought I'de come to a decision when I saw another member mention that there is a sport pack option available on the dynamc which gives u the skirts and spoiler... but im still not sure if this is actually an available option in UK??

I want the comfort of the dynamic and the looks of the sport ( best of both worlds )

Re: Dynamic or Sport??

I'm not worried about the rear electrics, but would specify the climate control. I've never had a sports model before and now I have a chance...

I really like the red that's only available in the sports model.

There is a sport in my local dealer. It has the arm rest with refridgeration. Anyone else seen a sport with that? Not meant to be available in the sports edition.

Re: Dynamic or Sport??

Definitely the Sport. We have one and we got the dual zone aswell. I find the ride very good, though Im comparing it to my GTA which is very firm!

Re: Dynamic or Sport??

I've done the armrest - it's an easy retrofit (although the cost of the parts is quite steep) - 3 screws IIRC. Not sure about the refrigerated armrest - it can be done, but the only person on here who has done it described it as a bit of a tricky job. Check out the armrest modification thread, it's all in there. You can also see the schematics on the ePER, there's a small plastic diffuser you need to connect to the ducting that runs under the armrest, but I would imagine it would need a lot of parts removal...
