18'' Sport alloy wheels

Ok, iv mentioned this a few times in other threads, but I just need some clarification..

If I were to buy a set of the optional 18'' wheels available on the sport, will they go onto my dynamic? ie, is the stud pattern the same etc? Also... where can I buy a set, would fiat sell me them?

I cannot get the sport due to wifey only having an auto license and we intend to get the 1.6 MJ Dual Logic when available. But, I really want the 18 inch wheels..

Many Thanks in advance for your help.

Fiat should sell them to you no problem I would assume. You may ave to pa a high price though.

They should fit no problem as well.

Take a look at the link below,i think to have 18" wheels put onto the car it might need something done to the steering rack.
Scroll the page down to the 10th & 11th post, might be worth checking with fiat about the wheels.

Re: 18'' Sport alloy wheels

Thanks for the info guys... well aparantly it states in the manual that 18 inch wheels must only fitted as a factory option because technical adjustments need to be made... Now, do we think this is really the case or is this just jargan to make us buy the sport model? IF these 'technical adjustments' do need to be made, what are the odds of my dealer being able to order me the 18's otherwise only available on the sport, on a dynamic as a factory fit??

Cheers

I wouldn't have thought it was jargon just to make people buy the sport version, the sport has different suspension as well,i don't really know what the situation is to be honest with you but if your fiat dealership just goes ahead and gets you the 18" wheels and doesn't bother about clarifying with you what the adjustments are, then that would be irresponsible of them.

Re: 18'' Sport alloy wheels

I've put 18'' on mine. They are not FIAT but are compatible(4x98/ET35).

They fit just fine, no issues and there is even room for 19'' i think.

Check the picture I'll try to take a better with a proper camera.
