Fog lights on new bravo

hey...got my new 1.9 120 active multijet on tuesday.....its great i must sayin pretty rapid. Anyway.....a question....well 2.

1. At nite when i turn the steering wheel turning a corner the foglight comes on the goes off when i straighten back up...this normal??

2. The stereo.....has an Aux option when i flick through radio...stereo...aux.
is there a secret plug somewhere i could plug an mp3 player into???

i'll get a pic of the car on here once i clean it....minuet azure

Totally normal. It's a cornering light designed to help you see more of the bend/corner as you turn.

USB socket at the front of the centre console (with the Windows symbol). Plug in your MP3 player/memory stick here.

Foglights will also activate when using the indicators (and headlights are on). The idea is they'll light-up the road in the direction you intend to steer, as Scoog said.

Didn't the Salesman tell you anything about the car?

Mercedes started this on th recent E-Class and seems like a good idea in principle. I'm just waiting for some jobsworth in V.O.S.A. to have them declared ilegal as front fog lights have to be in matched pairs.

assuming its a blaunktput (spl) head unit you should be able to make your own lead up

Assuming the Blue&Me option is actually fitted, of course.

It's an option on Active trim.

no i just have the normal stereo in it but still have the "Aux" coming up when i press the scr button. as for the salesman...well...hhhmmmm.. total fud.
