New member, new Bravo

My first post so be gentle with me , first i would like to say thanks for all the information on here.

Picked up my Bravo last week done 90 miles in it now! I'm a member of FiatBoo (still have my Weekend) but as i only know to one other member on there with the new bravo i thought i would register my interest with you lot. i must say so far I’m impressed with the car.

I had my sensible shoes on when i purchased the car so no turbo for me .
Its a little slower than my 150bhp marea! But a lot safer.

I’m going to try and post some pics but if it doesn’t work ill need some help.

Re: New member, new Bravo

Hi Welcome
I have ordered a new bravo 150 t-jet sport in tango red, but still waiting to pick it up. Your car looks very nice. How long have you had it and what do you HONESTLY think about it?

Re: New member, new Bravo

WELL...... i can say it's bloody great, still only done 650 miles in it

car is great, fiat service is pap

i have a few little "issues" with the car but nothing major just annoying things that the dealer should have done right in the first place! my main annoying thing is that my number plate is sitting too high and is not level

when this is put right i will have extra holes in my bumber this may sound small however it's something i thought would have been done right the first time? also my A/C is not ice cold when on full

also if you do a lot of town driving dont expect to get much more than 30mpg

sorry for the rant dont let it put you off the car is great and it lugs me and the two kids (3 and 2 months) around nicley

SPLITTER! j/k

Demand a new front bumper mate. If they messed up the install in the first place then they are liable for the damage. Don't take no for an answer. Had a simlar problem when I had to have a new rear bumper after some idiot ran into me. Bodyshop made an absolute hash of putting the plate on and as the holes would have been showing when the plate was in the right position I made them put on another new bumper.

2 mins with a tape measure could have saved them a lot of cash.

Re: New member, new Bravo

Which engine do you have? I noticed you said that you don't have a turbo so i'm guessing you have the normal 1.4 liter?

Re: New member, new Bravo

yep just a standard 1.4, not the most powerful engines in the world but serves me well, had her on the M-way tonight and pulls very well. Also still have the marea for when i need some fun

Re: New member, new Bravo

Is the air-con actually kicking in? Switch it on and off with someone listening to the engine note..
