Gorgeous car. Looks nicely spec'd. I've dealt with that dealer, they don't like reducing list prices much do they..

Technically Westovers are correct, however I personally wouldn't hoof a new engine if I just paid out all that cash!

In the owners manual for the Grande, Fiat states:

"We recommend that during the initial period you do not drive to full car performance (e.g excessive acceleration, long journeys at top speed, sharp braking etc)"

Say around 500-1000 miles?

Should be fine to just follow what the manufacturer advises.

You are right, not much of a discount... £800 off listed price is what I get. i know a lot of ppl get a lot more off than me, but with 0% over 3 years and 5 years warrenty, they said it is the best deal they can offer.
Just took her out for a drive in the dark, I noticed my driver side frog light comes on with the driving light, is it right? when i turn the frog light on, the nearside one comes on,. when I turn it off, the off-side one stay on, that cant be normal surely. anyone?

Ah the old your fog lights aren't working thing again :D

Yeah it is right. Basically the Bravo has a 'turning light' feature built in. Basically when your turning into a juction/corner the appropriate fog light lights up in order to light up the junction/corner for visability. Your passenger light will be doing the same when you turn left but you'll probably just not have noticed yet as it may not be as noticable from the drivers side of the car.

You'll also find if your sitting at a junction idicating to turn then the appropriate fog light comes on also. So be prepared for people seeing you sitting there at a junction with one fog light on and telling you they ain;t working correctly lol.

It can be a bit annoying and I don't think there's a way of turning the feature off. I don't know if anyone has been pulled with the police yet for having there fog lights or light lol on when it isn't needed. I must admit though I've been glad of it on some country lanes at night or when turning into the driveway as it makes visabilty alot better in tight spaces at night when trying to manouver.

Don't worry though the faeture is only active at slower speeds (not sure exactly what speed but I think it's below 10mph or 15mph) so your fog lights won't be flashing on and off as you head down the motorway at night changing lanes lol :D
