3 door Bravo?

Probably been asked before but can't find any mention of it. Anyway, do we think there wil be a 3 door version anytime soon? Thinking of getting rid of my GPS 1.9 and think a 3 door Bravo would look pretty good.

Re: 3 door Bravo?

good question. I asked my dealer when ordering the fiat bravo and he has said NO CHANCE fiat has announced that they will only be doing a 5 door and in the past fiat made 2 cars called the bravo and brava. So ofcourse i asked my dealer will they be doing the same again making a brava with 3 doors again he replyed NO CHANCE.I think it is a real shame as i think the bravo 3 door would look just as good as the 5 door. so if your wanting a 3 door car get the punto.

Re: 3 door Bravo?

I don't see the issue - it looks the same as a 3dr than it does as a 5dr, minus a handle and a gap!

Re: 3 door Bravo?

I can't see it happening. The Bravo isn't exactly flying off the shelves and the development costs would probably be too high to be profitable. The 5 door looks good as it is, one of the best looking family hatchs

Re: 3 door Bravo?

I agree - I have never had a 5 door car until now, because I have always found the 3 door to be more stylish and attractive, but the new Bravo really caught my eye, and even persuaded me to trade in my beloved Stilo - another car which looked 100 times better in it's 3 door form compared to the 5.

But after having the Bravo for a week now - I do not regret it at all.

Re: 3 door Bravo?

Again like ive said fiat have already told the world that they will not be creating a 3 door version and if im remember right the bravo was to take over the unsuccessful fiat stilo.

That they have.

When developing the new Bravo Fiat looked at the sales figures of similar cars (Focus, Astra, Golf etc) and found that 3 door versions only account for about 15% of sales (although apparently they didn't look at 'hot' versions - ST, VXR, R32 etc) so decided it was not worth the costs involved in designing and building two different bodies.

The only way I can see a 3 door ever being available is if sales figures dramatically improve and a Sporting or Abarth version is released*.

* So not very likely then!
