Gone for the matallalalalannnnnooooo (dont know how you spell it lol) red with privacy glass.

Thats it this time, had all the extras on my grande and ended up replacing the sub / speakers and hated climate control, its ok in the summer but find in the winter it takes to long to kick in!!

Yep thats the one lol.

Same as your bad lad pictured above.

Cant wait, could have it next week but have decided to wait for the reg change. Would be foolish to register my car now just for the sake of three weeks!!

Re: Just ordered my new baby

Must be a good day for ordering new cars, ordered mine today too
I went for the diesel 150 Sport though.
I did test drive both and found the Tjet good around town but lacking a bit 'mid-range'. The Multi-Jet picks up better from 70 mph, I found the Tjet needed to drop down to 5th to get the same response.
I've been told 10- 12 weeks for delivery.

Another satisfied customer.
Have to say though i find my t-jet accelerates great on the motorway, haven't found any lack of response in any gear, I personally don't think the t-jet 150 would be economical just to use around the town though as i found out when i first got it, all the stop and starting at traffic lights etc i found the petrol gauge dropping almost before my eyes.
But any Bravo is great though, just love the car

worryingly so sometimes...

Test drove the Croma with the 120 engine and it's pickup was a bit pathetic compared to the frenzied Italian horses stempeeding under the Bravo's bonnet.

Re: Just ordered my new baby

Kiss of Death... Clarkson likes it... in a daft kind of Clarkson way... Times Review.. says the 150 is overweight tho...?

Why oh why does he start the review with a stupid comment like "whenever you get into a FIAT the headlining drops over your head like a Nuns thingy and there is a strong smell of glue...." etc etc? Ponce!

I'll stick with the GPS! And have another!!!

Re: Just ordered my new baby

I ignore what Clarkson says about normal cars. 10 years ago he may have written better reviews that are relevant to normal drivers, but he's lost the plot these days. I love him on Top Gear, I love what he says most of the time, but he's just a bit of fun now. He can't objectively review a normal car. You've seen the review and the verdict is good - we're happy - but he talks about everything under the sun with few references about what the car is like to drive, it's features, etc.

To top it all off Clarkson didn't even respond to my friend request on Facebook.

Someone mentioned privacy glass on the Bravo. It looks cool but the already small rear window which hampers visibility is dulled further by tinted glass. I didn't think it would dim the internal view looking out onto the road, but it does quite considerably. (At least in the demo car it did) For safety reasons I ordered mine without a tint. (Ugh, I sound like an old man!!!!)

Before the Bravo I was looking at the Grande Punto but the interier and dash looked like it was a whole generation behind. So the Bravo become my first choice. The 500 was my 3rd choice. It's chic but was put off when someone said it's a girls car. Heh. So easily influenced, eh.

Define the characteristics of a girls car please...

However well done on making a fine purchase of one sexy bravo...

I'm severely tempted myself - especially when my friend Captain Chaos gets his!
