(G) Door panel red lights

Hi,

There is a red plastic thingy on the doors. Do they light up when you open the door? Or is it a reflective piece of plastic ?

Should the light come on when you open the door? If it should, then someone forget to add light bulbs.

They are only reflectors, although there probably is some way to wire them up to put lights in there if that was something you really wanted, trouble is im not electrically minded so i wouldnt have a clue lol.
