Signed the papers today for a new 57 plate, Bravo 1.4 Active Sport in Crossover Black, Petrol version, i was told i would be one of the first to get one of two that are done in that spec in Crossover Black with the petrol engine here in the UK, whether that is correct or not i couldnt really say.
Cant wait to get it now, end of Sept it will be here ready for me here in the UK:D

Im a bit worried now after having paid my deposit for the car that the standard config of the Active sport against the Sport 1.4 T-Jet is different, the Sales guy said it is exactly the same apart from the engine TURBO, having looked at various reviews and the specs this isnt correct what i have been told, infact this is what i have copied and pasted from a review.

The specification levels include the following:

Active:

* Air-conditioning (not available on Bravo entry level version)
* Remote central locking with deadlocks
* Electric front windows
* Electric door mirrors
* Driver and passenger front airbags
* Driver and passenger side airbags
* Curtain airbags (not available on Bravo entry level version)
* Height and reach adjustable steering wheel
* Height adjustable driver’s seat
* Follow Me Home headlamps
* Dualdrive electric power steering
* ABS with EBD
* Stereo radio / CD player
* Foglights (not available on Bravo entry level version)
* Trip computer
* 3 rear seatbelts
* ISOFIX Attachments

Active Sport:
In addition to the Active specification, Active Sport adds:

* Leather sports steering wheel, gearknob and handbrake gaiter
* Sport seats and interior trim
* Driver’s seat lumbar adjustment
* Sport pedals
* 17” alloy wheels
* Rear spoiler and sideskirts
* Chrome window strip
* Front armrest

And this is the Sports 1.4 T-JET

Sport:
In addition to the Active specification, Sport adds:

* Leather sports steering wheel, gearknob and handbrake gaiter
* Sport seats
* Driver’s seat lumbar adjustment
* Sport pedals
* 17” alloy wheels
* Sports suspension
* ESP with ASR/MSR, HBA and Hill Holder
* Rear spoiler and sideskirts
* Chrome window strip
* Front armrest
* Cruise control
* Blue & Me phone and MP3 player connectivity with steering wheel controls
* Bespoke interior trim
* Red brake callipers and chrome tailpipe
* Sports instruments

If this is correct then all i have is just a base model with sports seats and the spoilers side skirts and alloy wheels, with normal suspension not the Sports one:confused: :(

Can anyone help by telling me if this is correct, if so i have not been told correct by the sales guy, and i dont want to pay for something that is not what i have been told.

Don't confuse the Sport T-jet and the Active Sport t-jet..

The sports suspension is only seemingly on the two top end cars.

i get the sport suspension on the "Edizione Sport" (diesel) which is seemlingly the same as your Active Sport...

Dont know where those specs came from but they are not UK spec or may have been pre launch possibles as front armrest is not on the Sport but is listed on the Active Sport in the UK brochure.

I would check with dealer the exact spec and ask to see the Fiat order and spec book they have for a complete spec list per model.

Some lovely inconsistency here from Fiat :/
If you use the configure car option on the website and look at the standard spec from it, some of that stuff isnt mentioned

I know.... I read reviews with specs did the website configure car and went into the dealers and went through their specs book and all were different, I'd only really trust the spec book the dealer has to order from and take rest with pinch of salt, so best advice is go through every option with dealer before signing.
