| blessed are the apostates | Re: white dials lockwood are good quality, or you can scan the originals yourself and then modify them in paintshop and then print to plastic, cut out and fit in your car. | ||

| Ive done a blunder! | Re: white dials If using an inkjet printer I wonder where you stand with the ink quality. Id guess standard ink would fade in sun/ultra violet light and any mosture would wreck it too. Unless the plastic medium gets round those problems.

| blessed are the apostates | Re: white dials in my experience inkjet printed dials last for years without fading or running. your instrument panel isn't a very sunny or damp place. | ||

Thanks: 3 Trader Rating: (0) | Re: white dials He said plastic and i didn't think plastic would go through a printer Would photo paper be strong enough to support its self or would it start flopping over after a couple of days because they are held in by one or two screws dependiong on which dial you are doing. Would a print shop print straight on to the dials

| hot hot tamale! | Re: white dials Bravo/a dials are a single piece - about 40cm long that looks like a superhero mask. The original is only thin - think of a projector acetate sheet. The sort of thing that could be put through a printer. See here.. http://www.fiatforum.com/bravo-styli...edo-rings.html and http://www.fiatforum.com/marea-styli...a-weekend.html
