Hello to every1 here on Fiat forum...Merry Xmas and Happy New Year to u all !!!
I wish you all the best in this 2007...

Here is the problem I've stumbled few days ago. My rear window heater is not working anymore (Fiat Brava SX 1.6). Rear window wiper operates perfectly, and rear window pump also works. When I press the heater button on the board, I can feel the heat from both rear view mirrors (so I guess they work), I can measure 12V correctly on the back of the car (the bottom panel)....however, there is absolutely no heating at all at the rear window...not even the slightest temperature change!! I have also checked the heater itself (and everything is in perfect order)....I have removed the plastic covers (so that I could get a detailed look at the connectors, the wires itself, and the pump & wiper motor)...everything looks normal and the wiring is OK....My guess is, that when I close the rear hatch and turn on the heater, there must be some sort of short circuit that prevents heating to operate...After 3-5 minutes, I have turned off the window heating and lifted up the rear hatch again...the bottom connectors (1st and 3rd) were too hot!

Does any1 have wiring diagram for this section, or any idea, cause it's driving me crazy!!

maybe as simple as a break in the ciruit that runs on the window itself you know the black lines but nearer the start to cause all them to fail :) see if you get a circuit from one end to the other :) you get the stuff that you paint on your windows to complete the ciruit again ( wish i had done that before i got the tints fitted :D )
