(G) Need Help Fiat Bravo 1.8 16valve Clutch Problem

i have a P reg fiat Bravo the clutch has gone !! it only drives in second gear but am wantin to know what part of the clutch it is or if its the gear box ?? before the clutch went the bravo always Crunched When putin it in 3rd gear !! can any one help me and tell me what i need to replace

all i can say is o **** my marea had a new clutch and slave after the last owner fried it,unlucky for me after putting it all back to gether the sycro on 3rd gear has gone quote for recon box was 300quid or 300quid for fiat to rebuild mine my car is a marea 2ltr thankfully got one off bulldog a real peach to get out too

yes, a crunch in only 1 gear always means the synchromesh has gone and a gearbox replacment is needed.
