(G) Brava , Dashboard error code ??

Brava ,Dashboard Error Code ??

Hi , I have a 2000 Fait Brava 80sx .

Recently had some work done which invovled removing the dashboard . Now when i turn the key i get a row of FFFFFFFFFF then a row of LLLLLLLLLLLL then the normal mileage e.t.c .
The car starts and runs fine , just wondered if this was an error code only known to Fiat or is it nothing to worry about ?
Ive scoured this site and others but i can find no answers , Help !!

never heard of that before, ring your local fiat dealer and ask them. let us know what it means if you find out.

Got in the car this morning ,started it as usual but no error code !

Its gone as sudden as it appeared !. I even turned the engine off and re-started it just as a test and the error code has gone , just get the mileage and trip counter , hmmmmmmm strage things these cars ?

Lets hope its gone forever !

Its back again !

The error code that appeared then just vanished , is back again without any reason !

When i turn the key i get a row of 8888888888888888888 then FFFFFFFFFFFFF then LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL.

The car starts fine and runs great !

What the hell does it mean ? Anyone ??

ask your local dealer's tech

if they wont put a tech on the phone just put the phone down and try another dealer.
if they tech says the usual "bring the car for us to have a look" just put the phone down and try the next dealer.
