on last tread when i was talkin about fuel pump i came to bizzare revealance..ive noticed that the oil pipe has something mudy brown stuff on it, and that on it is little greasy stuff..and also it was little wet..so our friend Jug said to me that it was blown head gasket..and he was right:) ..because i dont have any leak in mine cooling system..my question is how much is this dangerous to mine motor because the engine is loosing water, but not so much, and it is mixing with oil because of blown head gasket..and is this big job to do, to change the head gasket..because i think to change that gasket and all other gaskets..how many other gaskets are?...thanx:cool:

This is serious man, the car will start stalling and will be juddering with time also it will start heating up a lot....
This has happenned to me with my previous car.
I wouldn't drive it in this condition.....

the longer you leave it the worse it will get. if you get to the point where water can enter one or more of the cylinders you will cause piston ring damage, and possibly valve damage if water is forced through them. i helped a friend change the head gasket on his rover coupe last week, he drove it for 3 weeks with a blown head gasket, when we took the head off we saw water is cylinders 3 and 4. after we repaired the car we found that cylinders 3 and 4 have low compression, making the car much slower. all that work and we need to take the head off again now. not amusing!!

alternatively you may get to the point where the rate of water loss increases and you end up overheading the engine, which could warp the head. even worse.

so fix it sooner rather than later. you can buy a head gasket kit which includes the inlet manifold and the exhaust manifold among other things. good luck

thanks for good wishes..i will do it this week and i will let you know the reusults...i hope the car will cut the hesitation and judderin once the head gasket will be changed..cheers..
