Hi guys , hope you can help me out again , you lot helped me fix my 8 bent valves last year hope you can help again.

Its a 1.6sx 16v 98 Brava

car has been running fine since .. but now the clutch is slipping , has done 83k so guess its due.

Is it a hard job , any special tools ? can it be done in situ ? or is it gearbox off ?

any tips / advice would be great , also how long would i be looking at ? 4 hours ??

Gearbox gotta come out. Long and heavy job. Most of it just getting access. Dropping driveshafts out, Don't attempt it on your own. 4-6 hours. I'd find someone to do it for £200 and do something more pleasurable
