Hi all, I have a 99 Bravo HGT 20v which my bro passed on to me (boy he doesnt take care of his cars!) the plugs had probably been in there for over 25k, he has never done the fuel filter. So I have done the plugs, noticed that this engine uses coil packs instead of HT leads.

Anyway, thats my life story, as the heading says - I could not see where it is located. It doesnt seem to be on the bulkhead. I'm using a Halfrauds filter so maybe it doesnt look the same, any help would be appreciated.

Cheers

Sorry m8, looks like no one knows - easy now, you will be back in that white room with your straight jacket on - but I'm sane - you are talking to yourself - oh dear, I am

are you talking about a generic inline filter from halfords or one specifically for the car?
I've bought a generic one from Halfrauds which is quite big, I just assumed the standard would be in the engine bay but I cant see it. Maybe it is at the back towards the tank, will have a gander this weekend. Cheers both

Sorry, when I say generic I meant halfrauds brand - its for the Bravo HGT 20v, or so they say.

yes it is if u have 1, the later models not sure frm what year have them inside the tank

Bravo HGT 20v (1999)

FYI, there is no fuel filter as its built in to the fuel pump - this is what a Fiat specialist told me. I did start a thread on here to see if anyone knew of the location but I cannot find it on here so am posting my findings for other users of the same car. (y)
