So, I just finished installing an intercooler to my 1.9td bravo, so I'm in the process to increase the boost just a little bit, maybe 1.2 or 1.3 bar (from the stock 1 bar) I was told to install a bleed valve between the turbo and the wastegate but this seems to be reducing boost instead of increasing it.

I know there are a couple of mechanical geniuses on these forums, anyone can shed some light?

If i were you, i would look into adjusting the injector pump first, more boost means nothing without more fuel.
