By any standards this oil doesn't look healthy

Tbf I'm kinda glad I went
Since picking up the car had nothing but problems with the gearbox, the Speedo stopped working, gear lever became really stiff and the gearbox was seaping oil from one of the joins lol

Oh well the 6spd is of to Quaife tommorow for a rebuild :D and some advice on a new LSD

well they prob know better than me lol. depends on the ratios ultimately which i have no idea about on these.... On the FIRE engines the 6 speed makes all the gears closer so its easier to keep them up in the revs, does make a difference for sure, but flat out the 6 speed is also slower. So on my turbo cento's being that boost came on so low down fitting a 6 speed made no sense and also they just go like the clappers upto the rev limiter in top gear so having one that lowered top speed was just pure sillyness.
Really looking forward to having a passenger ride in this thing one day!

There is a Bulgarian dude on ebay that sells poly sub frame bushes, not that dear..

few companies making after-market normal rubber ones too, its not really gonna be an expensive fix unless you pay someone to do it - just a pretty big job. But an excuse to clean up and paint the subframe ;)

How are the mounting rubbers on your rear subframe? They seem OK, have they been changed?

I'm sure the ones on my Brava are goosed, expecting some aggravation and expense in the near future..

The coupe that the frame came from had it's subframe bushes changed by Joe at FCSS about 6months ago
so they are basically new

Ps I almost cried when I saw the coupe
