I've never seen rust like that on a Bravo/a either. It's only 6 years old!

maybe screen fitters did damage and scratched throught the galvernising (if the roof is galvernised) and little bit water got in

my 't' plate bravo hlx had rust like that on the inner edge of one of the rear wheel arches, didnt notice till i'd had the car for a month! that was a year ago so it was only 5! and i though fiat got rid of rust years ago!

little bit rust above the windscreen,which is hardly noticable realy as shown on photo.
hardly noticeable, but going to cost a fortune if ignored

Roof skin can be replaced, but it must have been damaged, very few cars rust up there (except all rovers EVER)

The point is they could have rustproofed and resprayed it when they saw it starting instead of letting it get that bad, OK not a brilliant fix but I honestly don't think anything has been done about it. I have loads of stone chips up there, hence the work I'm planning

My roof is stone chipped as well and if I ever see rust developing I'd treat it straight away.
