Hi forum, I have a 57 plate Bravo & have a problem with the n/s rear door. You can open it from the inside with no problem, but if you try from the out side it will only open about 5% of the time. I taken the door panel off and everything seems intact, does anybody know if there is any way of adjusting anything or if a part is required what bit would I need to purchase. Any help would be much appreciated as the MOT is due in just over a months time. Cheers Mark

The first problem would be that the bravO doesn't have a rear door :p. You probably have a BravA?

As to the answer to the question, I have no idea. My driver door is starting to have a similar problem. (Requiring a yank on the handle to get it open. Just pulling doesn't cut it most of the time)

Actually, just wrong section as I think the car in question is new bravo. 57 plate....? silly brits :p

The linkage from the exterior handle to the latch is probably fooked. Haven't got this experience directly with Fiats, but have had it with Alfa 147's. A poxy little plastic clip has either broken or come adrift of its mounting. It is a fun game getting right inside the door to even see the problem let alone fixing it. You will probably find the plastic bit (or bits of the plastic bit) down in the botton of the door between the inner & outer panels - if you are able to see that far.
Best of luck.
