Posts: 282 Thanks: 13 Trader Rating: 1 | Cambelt change Was gonna get the cambelt changed on the bravo. Is there anything else i should get done at the same time?

Posts: 9,738 Thanks: 365 Trader Rating: 0 | Re: Cambelt change So.... Water pump, cambelt idler/s tensioner, coolant, cam-cover gasket. IMO it's worth doing a good full service at the same time if a service is due or the last service date is unknown.

Water pump, cambelt idler/s tensioner, coolant, cam-cover gasket. IMO it's worth doing a good full service at the same time if a service is due or the last service date is unknown.

Posts: 173 Thanks: 2 Trader Rating: 0 | Re: Cambelt change IMHO all belts should be thoroughly checked and replaced if need be. The water pump system should also be carefully looked at - I've had mine replaced a few months ago as it was causing engine coolant leaks.
