:bang:Hi all i don't know what to do i own a T reg Bravo hgt 155. The thing i has just got hold of a towbar but can't get myself to put it on my car as i think it will spoil her looks. From the pics of my car what would you do. Help

I really wouldnt put it on such a good looking car. Or is it one of those stealthy ones where you can take the ball off and put it in the boot.

I notice on ebay Bravos with towbars almost always have dents either side of the tow bar on the bumper and boot. It must be where the trailer has twisted into it. Probably bad driving i guess.

Did you find your water leak?

Mine has one of the removable tow bars, although i lost one of the bits for it so cant use it, wouldnt anyway. I dont think it ruins the looks that much because it doesnt stick out like a sore thumb, i wouldnt put a fixed tow bar on it because it would ruin the looks.

Obvious question would be, do you plan to use the car for towing? I have a caravan and so have a towbar, but it is a detachable one so nothing shows when the swan neck is removed. I agree with the above comments, if you are thinking of fitting it just because you have it then I wouldn't bother. There is an advantage of a flange type towbar and that is that should anyone go into the back of you at a slow speed it buggers their car and in most cases not yours! But you might find a flange type would partially block your number plate and that is a legal issue. PS It would definately ruin the looks.
