Hi just a quickie! 
Does any body know how too adjust the gear linkage cables on a 1.2 Bravo. Reason.. well I was in pub the other day and just happen to mention what a complete git my Bravo is to get it into 2nd gear from 3rd same for 3rd to 1st but it’s fine the other way going up box. This chap said sounds like ya linkage needs adjustment.
Now Haynes tells you how to change and adjust these cables, well change not adjust, I think they missed that section out. So
The car has had a new slave cyl cause it leaked, but problem with change is still there, feels like it’s not finding the gate properly so you have to do some shoving and shaking and then in it goes sweet as a nut. There is no gear crunching @ all @ any point
Question. Why would you need to adjust these cables[ there is adjustment nuts on these]? And if I attempt to do so what am I actually adjusting.
