hi everyone, just joined as i have bought a 1997 bravo 1.4 12v. nice little car, used to have a marea weekend 1.9td, some silly billy crashed into side of and sad to see it go, but with new brava had a duff ignition barrel, got one from scrappy today with two blue keys and one red, when i bought car it only had the red key, so i have put chip into one of the blue keys and everything is ok, but i dont have the car opening/locking from the key's button.... i know it won't work because it needs to be programmed. does anyone know how to do this? :worship:

You need the unlock code for the receiver, occasionally it is available from Fiat, but not often.
Was the original key a remote?, if so you can use that pcb in the new key.
The only other possibilities is to have the receiver read to extract it, or buy a new receiver.
