Why do you want to replace the motor?
If the windows have become very slow it is due to excess friction on the rubber runners. Use silicone spray on them. Put the window down fully and spray down each side, where the runs are! But don't use oil based lubricants!

Spray into where exactly, along the rubber that sits on the sill areas or down into the cavity area the glass goes into ?
