If they don't have type approval then possibly not.
If they are legal then I'm shure the seller would advertise this to promote sales?
My friends lad was pulled with some in his punto and given a 14 day notice for rectification.

technically they are illegal, but you will most probably pass an MOT. white LEDs do have a blue tint to the light, but not enough to get pulled over by the police. i've been using white LEDs for eyars and never had a problem.

i think the blue tint looks crap white white white IMO

you cant get white white white LEDs. they still have a blue tint. it is the nature of LEDs. to make their light white you need to use a phosphor coating, but that reduces the light output. alternatively you can mix green, red & blue LEDs into a single unit. i have never seen RGB LEDs available for car sidelights.

mine are fully white though:confused:

well mine are like that and in the link the pic are same colour as mine but i would say white wiv a very light blue tint so they shuld be fine then and they are really bright compared to the **** 1`s that was in

i have some of them. i cant get them to fit through the hole. they are white but it is the usual blue/white LED lights.

they are naked LEDs so obviously no phosphor layer has been used. your LED's are normal blue/white even if you personally think they are white.

hmmm i have ordered that new camera so i can take some better pics of them but im pretty sure they are very very white.

although come to think of it when you see them reflect off things they have the slightest hint of blue.

Yeah they do look really bright. :)

These are my LEDs i have fitted. I can't seem to find anyone who sells them now, as the people i bought them from now dont stock them.

This is the whitest I could find. I have tried many others before i got the correct white light to match my HIDs.
