| Re: cat converter/lambda sensor And who made that diagnose? I can understand how they make diagnosis like this and making people to spend a lot of money to change parts (catalytic converter is not cheap). I will refer you to have a second opinion because i had a problem i will tell you later and everybody was telling that i need a new lamda and my catalytic converter is dead etc etc and i went to an old friend (God bless him) and he told me that the olny problem was that one injector from my injection system was dirty and wasnt sparaying well. He cleaned with Hypersound sytem and ..... vualla...!!! all working great! I am nopt saying that you have the same problem but you dont have to loose nothing to have a second opinion! P.S. We have the same type engine but mine is older 1999.(And think that my catalytic converter and lamda sensor working still well).

| blessed are the apostates | Re: cat converter/lambda sensor a used cat can be a good idea if you get one cheap, but a used lamda sensor is pointless when a newe one is so cheap. you could fit both yourself if you raise the car on axle stands, but fitting the cat isnt easy when you're lying on the floor attacking the rusty bolts. | ||
