Two months ago my Fiat brava 1.6 2001 has been hit from behind while being on a parking lot.
At first moment I didnt even see it.
Later that day I found out there is a hole in the left backlight 2x2 cm approx.
Carefully inspecting I found lines of scratch on the car body, but the only real damage is on the back light.

I suppose I can drive with that crack, but it looks bad, its dangerouse cause someone can get cut and I guess the water could leak in the light and make even more damage.

Its silly to replace whole backlight as brand new costs from 40-80 Euros and I cant find second hand left backlight from scrapeyard.

Is there a way to fix it somehow without replaceing all unit?

no there isnt. the outer lense is glued in place, removing it is very difficult.

try ebay, plenty of people are breaking bravas, a light wont cost much at all.

as Jug said, best to replace. There should be a few on ebay if you can't find any at your local scrapyard! I might be able to get my hands on one if you can't find anything!(y)
