Just noticed this happening aover the last couple of days,Lock the doors and when i return to the car they are unlocked.
This doesnt happen straight away and i suppose i'll have to sit and watch it to find out the time scale but after reading the forum I have found that it could be the door closed sensors.
Can anyone point me in the direction of where to find this likkle buggers? is it a common fault is it easy to repair etc?
Any help would be greatley apprecited...TA!!

I'd guess it must be the relay malfunctioning, i guess you dont have remote's for your central locking? If you have a haynes you could remove the relay and then you'd be able to lock the doors manually abite with no central locking, still better than doors opening, you can of course replace the relay with another at a scrap yard or get a new one from FIAT.

I dont know where its located as cant find my haynes manual.

Think it's in the selection behind the glovebox and IIRC is yellow. The glovebox screws out via a few screws so you can get at them.

if that was the problem the doors would unlock within a few seconds.

it is more likely that you're accidentally pressing the button on the key. if you keep the keys in your pocket the car will unlock and lock randomly and very often. i've come outside to an unlocked car so many times that i dont dare keep my keys in my pocket even for a second. it still happens rarely because i can hit the button while i'm locking my front door (door key on same keyring as car key). you have to be very careful with the button because its so easily pressed.
