wow thats a lot of info, NOT! :p

which car/model/year?
which keys do you have (colours and original or copied)?
how do you know the code isnt recognised (key code light remaining illuminated)?

the red key code can not be lost, it is permanetly stored in the code box.

if we assume the problem is actually because the immob cant recognise the key codes, and you have the red key, and that is actually your red key (has it worked before?), then we can also assume the problem must be either a wiring fault in the immob circuit, or a component fault. that means you either have a faulty earial around the ignition switch, a faulty code box, a faulty ecu, or a wiring fault inbetween them.

i need to know how you know the immob wont recognise key codes? is that the finding of a diagnostic check, or do you have the key code light remaining on, or have you guessed that is the problem?

the key code light stays on

if key code light stays on even with the red key, you know the problem is one of these:

-key code is not getting to the code box because aerial around ignition barrel is broken or disconnected

-code box (located on fusebox) is not sending a signal to the ecu (wiring fault)

-there is a wiring fault or ecu fault preventing the immob from getting power

i would firstly check the conector on the ignition barrel aerial, and then check the code box is connected securely.

This problem is normally:-
Faulty engine relay, poor connections to engine relay, fuse gone supplying engine relay, poor connections to fuse supplying relay, broken wire between relay and ecu.
