The bumper lacquer on my cinq sporting bumpers is peeling like sunburnt skin!!! The bumpers are colour impregnated plastic so they'd only need relacquering. Anyone done this before/got any tips/know someone in Edinburgh/Central Scotland area that can do this cheaply (sub £50?)

Your best bet is to try doing it yourself as a bodyshop would charge you a lot more than £50! Buy yourself some 1200 grit wet & dry paper & gently rub the affected area until you brake the edge of the original lacquer. Then get some grey scotch brite & rub over the whole bumper & spray new lacquer on.
