Have a quote from a blaster/powdercoating company, see your Fiat dealer and suggest to split costs or something......
I wouldn't trust new wheels, if they are the same as the ones that came with the car....they will start to corrode in the same pace....
When professionaly powdercoated, they will stay in good condition for many years.....

Fiat wouldn't touch mine instead I got an offer of £40 per wheel, not great but £160 took the edge off the refurb cost

Same idea diamond cut with crazing coming through,
It's Fiats preparation, they had no stone chips but corroded under the clear coat.
