| meow | Re: is £60 gd 4 painting mirrors n handles? seems good to me, if you did it your self, primer would be £5+, paint £15+, lacquer £5+ plus you have to remove it etc and rub it down, so £60 is cheap- go for it.

| Re: is £60 gd 4 painting mirrors n handles? So do you think its better to get them sprayed rather than buying primed mirrors from here? http://shop4parts.co.uk/

| *custom name* | Re: is £60 gd 4 painting mirrors n handles? i did this all myself including the bumperstrips and a few other bits and bobs and £60 is very reasonable. consider buying paint and laquer, plus these all should be fan nozzle making it more expensive again. along with decent primer and rubbing down paper along with the great time goes into it it certainly would be worth it my only experience with bodyshops is that theres a great variation in price. i would phone up some other shops and ask for a quick quote for the same job, you will start to see a lot of different quotes for the same job. this is usually highly dependant on the quality on the bodywork. the cheapest quote will use high build primer and less paint and wont look as well, so a reputation is one of the best things to use when choosing a bodyshop
