Blue & Me has stopped working in my car, nothing is coming up on the screen. Can anyone help please.

Weird one. Pop your bonnet and disconnect the black cable from your battery (Should be quick release) and leave disconnected for 30mins to an hour. This will reset your Cars computers and should reset all the settings including Blue&Me. If that doesn't work its a dealer job unfortunatly .
