bough a few sandisk cruser fit drives (16gb) to use in the VERY poorly placed usb slot in my '16 punto easy...boy are they crap!

they dont play nicely with the blue&me system at all.....very slow to load the library if at all. and even if it does load it randomly disconnects...also they get VERY hot in the slot even when not in use...im sure theyd cause long term damage to the slot because they are hot all the time.

my advice is stay away from them!

on that note does anyone have any advise for a nano/low profile usb that works well/fast of 16-32gb??

Hi,
Where did you buy them? There are a lot of fakes out there. I've not used the FIT, and there might be problems due to their small size, but I've been using Sandisk products for many years in various applications and never had any issues whatsoever.

they are def genuine...ive since read a few reviews stating the same thing about the heat...they seem to bleed voltage and get hot even when not being used... my wife first told me that the media player wasnt working..it was because the drive took about 5 minutes to load a 12gig library...my 16gb verbatim takes under a minute...and about 10 seconds to resume when switched off/on..stay away from the fit drives
