I had noticed a few months ago that my USB Port/Connectivity was experiencing issues. Initially I thought this was the wire itself, but after testing 4 different usb/iphone cables, I had concluded that this was the port.

I then in the last two weeks noticed that my phone wasn't automatically pairing with Blue&Me when the car was running. I soon as I re-paired the phone and blue&me system, and then tried to make a call, I receive horrible feedback and neither I or the person on the other end of the line, can hear. After about 10 seconds into the phone call, the Blue&Me system/Phone cuts to device sound only.

I have then been trawling through this forum and other forums online for answers, help or some sanity for my problem!
I have owned my Fiat 500 for 1 and half years and it has already been back to the garage nine time with manufacture issues, so I am extremely reluctant to have to take the car back again. The vehicle is no longer under warranty.

I have now re-set the car by disconnecting the battery - this fixed my Radio problem, but not Blue&me. I have also tried updating the Blue&Me system, following the instructions provided by Blue&Me, but then released my USB port would not recognize anything (USB was in right format).

Can any one offer any advice to fix this problem... other than last resort of back to garage. And has anyone experienced this before?

Many Thanks, GC

Hi. I too have this problem...I think! I've posted a similar question on here tonight. I've recently purchased a 500c by Diesel and wasn't sure what to expect as it's got the upgraded Interscope sound system. The 'feedback' I'm experiencing is like really heavy interference. Even when the phone is ringing whilst connected, it buzzes so much that I feared the speakers would blow! Anything you find out would be a great help to me too! Fingers crossed! :)
