I have a Fiat 500 2011 reg with Blue and Me technology. Every time I try to use my Blue and Me I get an error message saying 'no English' and cannot use any aspect of it. I have tried updating it using the packs on the blue and me website but neither of them work. When I try to upload the English language pack it updates the system but this makes no difference, it still comes up with the same error message. Can someone shed some light on this problem please?

I bought FIAT500 2009.reg. It had Blue & Me with German language and Itry to change the language on English using the update soft from web, now Ihave error No English. Even I try to install back German Language, but withoutchanges, same error - No English. ...This problem had baffled me for months when I tried to install the English version, but FINALLY I have cracked it!!
When you download the English version, it comes as a Winzip file; do NOT unzip the file at this stage, instead copy it to your flash drive intact, then unzip it, once in your flash drive. Your Blue & Me will then recognise it. Good luck! It worked for me.

I have the same problem.Have anybody worked it out how to install English?
I did coppied the english.zip file to yhe flashdrive and extracted it from there to the parent directory - still no result.
In the instruztion is written: "LANGUAGE CHANGE PROCEDURE
This procedure foresees the availability of a USB PenDrive (USB 1.1 or 2.0) with at least
16 MBytes of memory: besides this, it is necessary the CD “System Languages” and a PC
